HP Help/Parts Line TAKING FOREVER!!!

Hey Guys,

Is anyone else having a ridiculous time trying to get a hold of someone on the help or parts ordering line? We have a fan out on our Colorspan and just need to order a replacement but we have been trying to get through for a few weeks now with no avail. We have been put on hold for hours at a time but sooner or later one of us has to hang up (yes partially due to sheer frustration :banghead: )

Just wondering if anyone has a "special" number or trick we could use?

That is where I get my 950 parts as well. They are very helpful and stock parts as well. Which is good considering HP has somehow forgotten how to do that.

We waited a ridiculous amount of time for a new carriage drive motor on our 98UVX. I think we finally had to call our franchise rep and sic them on HP. Part showed up not long after. Northlight is an excellent source of parts and tech support. I really wanted to purchase our 950 from them.
