Hi All,
Very difficult to find information about the larger of the HP machines as I guess not as many use them.
I have a L28500 that was being used and hadn't for a few months after an error. Would like to see if we can get some use out of it before throwing it out as it seems a waste.
Ok, Issue & Information
- Powers up. Blue light on back and front screen HP logo
- Goes through process as normal, on set up at 32% throws error
- Erros is 03:10.
- If you view the more detailed error is has;
Error Code: 0x10303001
Severity: Error
File:
86-opt/elektra/hal/sensors/PowerSuppy/PowerSupplyDragonkhan.cpp
Line number: 324
Thoughts
- That error points to PSU or PrintMech PCA from my research online, although no one has really said it fixed it
- Previously it was reported to me that is was one of the Heat sensors (IR ones just about drying fans and one is lift top)
Whats interesting is that on boot up just before 32% is when the small fan kicks on above the IR heat sensor just about the drying fans. Does anyone have any light to shed on this? Also, I'm wondering if I switch the two sensors over at the other end of the machine were they plug in if that will get me any closer to narrowing it. I would like to test if that sensor is triggering something that not allowing it to boot, or if I can remove it from being part of the boot.
If anyone is confident is the PSU or PrintMech is there anyway to cross check before I replace it.
Thanks, if anyone needs more information please let me know!
