I have a very simple and effective solution for you.
Whoever, and wherever you bought this printer from - demand they send the tech back and setup the printer properly.
There is a very visible issue here, and your tech who set it up should have done test plots on every material you want to print on, and helped you setup profiles.
also - flexi is garbage.
