Question HP Latex 360 - Firmware update package is corrupted - I have NEXUS_00_06_02.10

I am connected to the internet. I have tried updating the firmware manually and through the printers screen. I just can't seem to update my HP Latex 360 to the latest firmware update which is NEXUS_01_14_00.5

I have version NEXUS_00_06_02.10 installed currently. Do you think it is because I have an old firmware and I cannot upgrade to the latest version? If so how can I upgrade in steps? Please help!!! I just got this printer used from someone.

That may be the case but it is probably best to call tech support and ask if you can go from NEXUS_00_06_02.10 to NEXUS_01_14_00.5?

If not they can probably tell you the link to download older firmware.

I checked my folder of firmware and here is what I have listed.

NEXUS_01_10_00.4
NEXUS_01_10_01.2
NEXUS_01_10_01.4
NEXUS_01_11_00.3
NEXUS_01_12_00.11
NEXUS_01_13_00.3

I actually found NEXUS_01_10_01.2 from an old external hard drive. I tried installing it, but nothing. Same message PACKAGE UPDATE ERROR - FATAL SYSTEM ERROR HAS OCCURRED PLEASE RESTART THE PRINTER. This is so annoying!!
