The Optimizer costs the same as the other inks. In the video mentioned above HP explains that because of some reasons the Optimizer saves other inks, so it will not cost so much more per square meter.

The speed depends on the media used. When it is possible to use an 6-Pass- instead of an 8-Pass-Mode to print on some kind of vinyl in acceptable quality, you could have around 20-30% more speed.

What percentage of Latex Optimizer with what materials?

When talking about previous printers, what kind of printers do you mean?

In opposite to eco solvent, the latex printers will anyway print with higher ink limits and better saturation on fabrics (see picture).
