Nobody around here ever says that.
I get the "fancier font" thing a lot, meaning they want Papyrus.
I've become kind of a psychic, I can tell which types of customers will want which type of sign.
99% of the time, when dealing with a woman, if I use the word "organic" it makes her go for the idea.
I went round and round a few weeks ago with someone who thought they wanted something, and when I did EXACTLY what they said, they hated it.
I tried to simple the whole thing up, class it up, and they loved it.
So many times people don't know what they want, or they are semi (in their own mind) artsy and feel threatened by an artist.
Or they are control freaks, ending up making me feel as if they are a puppeteer and are pushing my hand around on my mouse. With those types, I just charge more and let them push the buttons, praying that they never show anyone the final product.
Hey, it's still better than having a real job.
Love....Jill
