increase heat setting roland ex 540

I would like to increase the heat temperature on our roland ex 540 pro 11 from 30 celius to 35-40 if
necessary. I am hoping someone out there knows this machine and can help me find a way
to adjust the heater settings.

Maybe you are overthinking it but there is a button on the heater control unit that is an up arrow. That button raises the temperature.

Thanks for your comment. The up/down arrow won't allow a heat setting over 30 Celsius. On the switch face top horizontal shows - c1 c2 al1 al2 al3 across the top. 0n left side vertical shows PV and below it SV
Have no clue what they mean, but must mean something.

Sounds like the control box has been changed for a cheap generic type
Show me a picture of it
In the mean time check the bed temp with a temp gauge to find the real temp
