ink curling up when trapped in paint

We have been running into a problem with bright white prints curling up when we trap the image in paint. We have an Oce 360 xt and we use IJC256 as our white ink and Mathews paint. It has happened on polycarb, glass and photo polymer. Has anyone encountered this problem before? It isn't happening every time, but enough that we have figure out that it is only with the white ink that it occurs.

not familiar with that machine or ink but maybe it's curing issue. we have had issues with uv silk screened inks on polycarb when the ink wasn't cured good enough it would delaminate from the polycarb . usually this happens on multi color jobs and one of the layers of ink was not cured good enough.
