Is it possible to use X3 to print and cut?

I just started using X3 to design a few things and Im hoping to pick up a print/cut system soon. SO I was wondering is it possible to use X3 in place of say Signlab to do the printing and cutting? Ive looked at CoCut but wasnt sure if it will act the way I need a program to. I thought able getting Cibercat's ICC Print, but after working with the trial version, all I will say is eww. Thanks for all the input ahead of time.

Ya gotta have a program or plug-in to talk to the plotter. My Graphtec came with it and works fine, Onyx Prod House also now talks to the cutter.

no, there is not a rip plugin for corel.

you have to use a rip program.

Do you have any experience with Pjannto? Do you know anyone who has used it? It looks like a pretty sophisticated RIP. Any info for us?

i used it all the time ..
ITs a really good basic RIP. Does every thing most of us would want. Essentially it will run a large format printer out of just about any software. Beats the hell out of spending 4 grand for a package that is limited to only that software.
