Is there such a thing as a frustration-free laminator?

I have a seal, after a couple of feet I get wrinkles, what am I doing wrong, its very frustating.

-Not enough roller pressure
-Uneven roller pressure
-Not enough tension on the laminate roll as it comes off the roll

I'm a big AGL fan, you won't find a better laminator.

Have to agree, I can laminate 150' rolls with no user intervention, perfectly straight from start to finish

Wrinkle solution

We have ENDURALAM 1400ZJ from signwarehouse. (7 years) It is the most frustrating piece of equipment I own - but after fiddling with setup for months it usually works well. We did recently have a roll of laminate –210 – from Signwarehouse that wrinkled terribly. It would start out fine and then within 2feet of laminating would send spiral curls across 2 foot of the rightedge. I took the roll off and wound it toanother spool (with backing on it) and then fed from that. Looking at the end of the roll – it didn’tline up perfectly like a new roll – varying by 1/8” – but it laminated without the puckers.
