The sheet pricing is okay if it's onesie/twosie. Not sure about blanks as we don't buy them.

No those are single piece prices. The FOB point will depend on your location. Im not sure how it would work going to Canada but I can find out for you. I am not sure if this is imported but I will see what I can find out.

You pay the shipping but these will not ship from California so depending on your location I can check out what shipping would be.
