Need Help Is this a mechanical adjustment or a sofeware adjustment problem

I have a Roland SP-300V

Not sure which adjustment to make!

You'll need to get into service mode and print the head bias alignment test, then mechanically adjust if it says so, after the mechanical adjustments, you will want to do the software adjustments, vertical, horizontal and bidirectional last. All of these are accessible in the service mode. I'm assuming the tests are the same as the soljets. I would find a service manual so you aren't making any assumptions.

Thanks you for your reply:

I had a memory lapse and then I remembered exactly how to do it.
I entered service mode and did a test print and saw exactly what the problem was and made one adjustment and the printer is working perfectly again.

At 71 years old changing heads every few years makes my brain hurt!
