Hello all! First time poster here. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.
Our HP Scitex FB750 flatbed printer is having a print quality problem. I've link a video and a few photos below. As you can see, the edges of our white ink banding is fuzzy. The photo links show close-ups of this. In the video, as the head unit makes the first pass going from left to right and lays down the first layer of ink, the left side of the edge is somewhat sharp and the right side of the edge is fuzzy. As it goes back from right to left for the second pass, the fuzziness occurs on that left edge of the banding. Is this Overspray? If not, what could it be? I've also linked a close up of a portion of the Diagnostic Print. See below the photos for our print details.

Printing on Lintec clear material
Head height is .085"
Quality is Indoor Signage Plus
Resolution 600 x 600
We have purged all inks and cleaned the print heads multiple times.
We have Filled the Printheads with ink.
We have manually calibrated the Media Feed Calibration, Bidi Registration, and Printhead X Calibration.
Our Jet Map is on par with how we've printed in the past, so not much difference there.
We've increase Lamp Power, and are using the Ionizer Bar to reduce static electricity.
We have Emptied the Ink Vacuum since we got a notice for that while troubleshooting.
Help please? And thanks for reading
