Job names not showing up

I upgraded our Flexi software to SP 5 3P Build number 3123.
Ever since the upgrade the job names do not show up.
The Job name tab is there but the coloumn is blank.
Any thoughts?

Are able to send a job to print despite the name being blank? I haven't experienced anything like that before but I came across this thing in preferences (see attached). Take a look and see if that is checked.

Same here!
It prints no problem.
Date, status, type, even the preview shows up, but the job names remain blank in the entire column. Weird
This has always been the case since I got this printer, but it was only a problem today because I had a series of similar prints to do and I lost track of what had been printed.
Hence I joined this (unresolved) thread.
:)
