Hey everyone!
I posted a thread yesterday but haven't gotten any feedback. So I've posted some photos and a description of what I've done here. Looking to figure this issue out with all of your help.
I had let my machine sit for a week without printing (yes, big mistake). So I had some jobs to print. But when I started printed, I noticed the black was printing very greyish color and not a good true 'black'.
I've soaked the heads multiple times at different times lengths (10 minutes up to 99 minutes), did the syringe trick, tried to clear & clean the lines.
At first I was thinking it was an issue w/ the head. But when I turn the resolution up to 720x1440, the black prints fine (just very heavy and wet).
Here's what I'm getting when I run a test. The magenta, cyan, and yellow are all fine, black doesn't show up (sometimes it's better than this though, but still not good).
Has anyone had this issue before? I haven't messed with any settings whatsoever on the computer, so I don't believe that's an issue.
Please let me know, I'm stressing out!
