what materials and laminates are you using for rc car wraps? i am looking at doing something similar, with helicopters, maybe cars too.

For the bodies, transmitters and other stuff we currently use Arlon DPF5460GTX 60 um polymere.
We were using OCE IJM614 (70 um polymere) before.
We laminate it with regular polymere 60um laminate, do not know the name and brand as the printer outsources the lamination.

For the wings we started to use Arlon DPF8000 90 um as this has 2x the glue strength of the 5460GTX.
Same lamination

The problem with choppers is the round curves of the canapes.
So full wraps are a problem

But give it a try and let me know the result.
