Large Banner Media Roll Holder

So we added a new banner product and now we have large rolls that weight about 350 pounds each and are 4.5 ft long and have a 3 inch core.

Does anyone know of a rack that exist to hold a roll like this? We've looked and haven't found anything that could hold this long and/or heavy of a roll. We only need to hold one roll so that we can feed off of it.

Not familiar with anything off the shelf. I'd suggest building your own.
2" round aluminum tubing should be plenty strong for the rolls to sit on, or go 2-1/2" if you're worried it's not.
A base with 4" x 4" for the uprights, notched to accept the tubing. I'd also suggest finding some ball bearing rollers to put on the tubing to allow the material to spin more freely.

Yes, we're open to building our own and it looks like we're going to have to as we can't find anything either.
