Latex Printer in apartment?

Those stair-climbing handtrucks look fancy, especially the motorized ones. But in a way, moving a latex printer would be the least of OP's problems because you only really have to move the thing twice (once up, then again back down). You'd still have to deal with:

- cornering (it's lengthy)
- heat (it's hot enough to mess with your residential AC)
- electricity (two new 220V breakers and outlets)
- hauling 54" rolls of media upstairs (also heavy/bulky and there's a lot of it)
- liability (it's probably not covered by renter's or homeowner's insurance)

So even with the Hannibal handtruck and the strength of ten men, it's still not a good idea

Memphis does get cold in the winter so the heat will be nice. But in the summer the heat and humidity will make trying to do business with your clients in your boxers or briefs a tough go.

Though this is entry level gear, the power and space needed to accommodate this equipment may not be suitable.

What about insurance and condo by-laws?

Partner up with someone and outsource until you are ready to make the leap properly. You'll also learn a bunch more than running around on your own.
