Layering Multiple Decals

Would a print and heat assisted steel rule die cut process work for these?.....Folks like Stouse would screen print the 2nd colour on top of the 1st where required and then die cut them with a heated steel rule die on a letter press.....

Im thinking either dazzle him with a sparkle red printed on silver, or slightly more for edge print. Labor would have to be much higher hand laying them cuts together. even moreso if you're thinking of nesting the two silver text lines close together, and applying them separately. What you'd save in material couldnt possibly cover labor cost could it?
