Liquid Laminates for UV digital print on aluminum

I personally would not use that only because of the final cure time. Insane fastest cure is at 120 degrees for 7 days! OMG!

I would get a sample of the Clear Shield Production clear and do some testing as Gino pointed out earlier also the Frog Juice Artbot mentioned.

My sample of Clear Shield Production clear arrived today.I might mist a little of that Bulldog adhesion promoter as well. This might turn out alright. Thanks to all those who pitched in advice. Huge help.

remember postcuring of the print is an important part of the process. when doing testing, i noticed that prints that sat for six hours did better than those immediately coated. that said, certain chemicals in adhesion promoters can inhibit photo initiators. so the usual rule would be avoid printing on top of garden variety adhesion promoters without testing first.

wholesale price for applying liquid laminate

Can anyone tell me what price I should quote for applying liquid laminate to a 4 x 8 sign? The liquid cost is about 20 cents per square foot. I want to give a good economical quote in order to secure the contract but I don't want to regret the quote if you know what I mean. Any suggestions?

Roughly about $75. You're gonna need two coats to do it right, unless you are spraying.
