Locked SVG Data...whut?

What in the world is going on here? One of my assistants computers (win 2k,) with Corel Draw 12 keeps throwing some "locked svg data" into the first layer. It doesn't matter the layer is hand created vector, raster, whatever. It just shows up. I've imported and opened various svg files before (ack) but I've still never dealth with this sort of junk. Its making my RIP go crazy and most of all, me!

Any ideas?

Just a thought . . .

can you, in Corel make sure that all the layers are unlocked

and then deal with the offending svg data ?

Oh, i can delete it, I'm just curious why its showing up. Its a virgin install of 12, no add ons or other do-dads.
