The first 3 look like the designer just came out of a Tattoo parlor.
The last one look like an outbreak is on the way, SOS!
The 4th is the best, but do it Horizontally rather than virtical, so your logo doesn't look like it wearing head gear too high! Nothing wrong with being futuristic. It's easy for reprodution, and easy to variate to mono-chome or spot color as well.

I think #4 is the most obvious choice because it is clean, bold, and eye catching. However, I think the graphic element in #5 is the one that feels the most "science-ish" to me. It reminds me of chemistry and molecular models. The lettering in #5 is very cool... for a DJ or an energy drink or something, but not for a company that formulates stuff. I say take the simple clean lettering and color scheme of #4 and combine it with the graphic element of #5 and you're money!
