Looking For Encad Novacut expert for a solution

I've had this Encad Novacut 24 for quite some Time 10 yrs . i used to have it run just fine But recently I tried to get her to run again and I did get her running With Co-cut software and something happened before the machine would always return to the origin point X0/Y0 Now it won't . after cutting it would advance and be ready to cut again, but I lose all that vinyl so it's not the software it's the setup on the machine I just don't know where to go and say return to Origin Grrrrrrrrrr can some one help me xxxxxxxxx

I did check But thanx for the info

I installed Flexi cut also same problem Thats whyI think it's in the machine itself (The Settings) and I looked thru the Manual and couldn't
find anything that would say go back to Origin point or advance
