Looking for entry level printer/cutter

Trying to start a sticker business and looking for an entry level yet reliable printer similar to the following:

Roland BN-20
Roland VS-300i or the SP-300i
Mimaki CJV30-60

We would like the option to print with white inks if needed, but not a necessity. We are also open to any suggestions and advice.

Forgot to mention. Located in northern California near Sacramento. Budget around 5k(ish).
