Looking for help with Changing some color on a Photo

I have a photo of a map that a client wants printed for a sled wrap.
The map has an olive green color for the land part, but the client wants to make it a bright Pantone 396C.
Is anyone interested in offering their services for this?
PM me and I can send you the image to get a quote.
The photo is grainy, so I'm not sure if that will be limiting.

do you have photoshop?
OR do you have photopaint?
select that color and change it to that mustard yellow.

Or you can make a layer mask and fill it with that color.
There are a dozen ways to make it work.

It might be a good time to practice your photo editing.

Practice for what? The one time a year that I need help with photo editing.
Not worth my time. Hence the request for help

if the photo is grainy, then contact vector doctor convert it and then you will have the colors as vector for ease of change and the output will be much cleaner

does the grass have to look like grass texture when done?
