Looking for some sign mounting hardware like this

Hey Everyone, been a while since I posted.
Does anyone know a source where I can find mounting hardware such as shown in the attached photos?
I have come up with something very close for the ceiling hanger but not quite right. Would like to find a source that has several options for styles. The aluminum j channel is fairly straight forward I am sure but still haven't been able to find this exact profile, which is what they are requesting.
