Looks like I got to this party a little late...

I never bought the "the doors are open" line... the doors are usually open to the sidewalk.

This is where I would have started. It is bold, clean, and simple. Does not rely on a lot of bells and whistles to catch your attention.

Turned out great. Plank is about the only thing you can do, unless you have someone with long arms working for you.
