Looking for waterborne, non-latex, exterior grade, glossy paints

we use latex paint outdoors for just about everything. Except some aluminum monuments that get urethane BC/CC. We have no booth and no mixing station, no need for it. We are not high production. We have had the luck of sticking high performance vinyl to something as long as we spayed the latex first, leaving a smooth finish

Latex or automotive is the best ways to go. All these BS oil based just dont last. I dont use Matthews for this reason because it simply DOES NOT LAST. One shot sucks also.
