Magenta ink has been empty since Friday - won't print. Please help.

So Friday July 3rd, I ran out of magenta ink. I got my ink in today and I printed 1 sheet fine and now magenta isn't being printed. I've been running powerful cleaning for an hour now and see no improvements. Somebody please help!

What printer? DX4, DX5, DX7?

Check the damper has a load of magenta ink. Is there magenta ink ink the line up to the damper?

Do a head soak.

Gently pull ink through the head --> cap -->syringe

replace the capping station, check the damper,possibly replace that also and do a head soak. (like already suggested) also you might need to just run some cleaning fluid through the system with a cleaning cartridge instead of with the ink in there while doing the powerful cleaning. just to clean all the lines out. after that you have reached my limits.
