Art! Hot and fresh.
There is a messed up one everyone should watch and know the context why it's messed up ... Disney's 'Powder' ... dude who directed and wrote the movie is a convicted sex offender ... molested a 12 year old boy ... psychologists have written doctorate thesis papers with this movie at the core at how a pedophile sees himself in the world. messed up ****.

CHILDREN OF MEN!!!!!!!!! It amazes me how many people have not seen this movie! Stars: Clive Owen, Julianne Moore
the direction and cinematography is immersive! some of the longest scene shots with only one camera angle I have ever seen. you really feel present in the story. LOVE IT!

Oh, and about Bronson...

I wouldn't watch it if you have issues with extreme profanity and/or full frontal male nudity.

You've been warned.

thought of a couple more over lunch

Wild at Heart http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100935/
Back when Nicolas Cage was still cool

The Hidden http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093185/
If you can get past the 80's soundtrack you will be missing the whole point of the movie. Alien taking over bodies rocking to 80's death metal

The World According to Garp http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084917/
IMO best Robin Williams flick, and best use of a Beatles tune

The Virgin Suicides http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0159097/Sofia Collola's first full length

After Hours http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088680/
maybe one of the least known Martin Scorses films

I should of mentioned that about Bronson, but half of my picks warrent some form of warning
wow, this thread couldn't have come at a better time.
i don't think i've ever watched more than one movie, so this'll be a first.

so many great movie suggestions... both Bronson & Virgin Suicide are available streaming on Netflix... so that's were i'm starting.

oh and... heard a song i love, watching the trailer for Wild Hearts which lead me to the video of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game.... yum, that's one HOT song aaaaand video!

Fritz the Cat
The Nine Lives of Fritz the Cat
A History of Violence
Requiem for a Dream
Stoned Age
Human Centipede (not for those with weak stomachs)
Donnie Darko
Terror Toons

Can't think of any more off the top of my head, if I remember I'll load up my Netflix tonight when I get home and see what I come up with.

Oh, 11:14 and Kids were pretty damn good too.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Incognito: A story with a most satisfying gotcha at the end.

Dogma

The Prestige

Independence Day: A most entertaining Tom & Jerry comic book wherein the good guys kick the living crap out of the bad guys.

Quigley Down Under: A vehicle for one of the best lines ever uttered in a movie.

Bite the Bullet: Where all of the characters save one are different people at the end.

A Fish Called Wanda

Pi is great, as already mentioned
Add to that The Fountain
and in the spirit of the Gumball Rally, The Cannonball Run just for Jack Elams performance as the Doctor, he was awesomely funny!!
