I'd make the first outline of Sun City the same dark blue as in the second outline of the SIGNS panel.

Il have a play with colours once I'm happy with logo and I start printing some decals out

Dark blue closest to the sun city (first outline, the thicker one)
I liked the pinline secondary outline as it was.
I'd remove the panel shape behind sun city and the sun. Make & Graphics dark blue.
Like I said a long time ago, I'd make the top of sun city concave-arched and the bottom straight.
