really??

so his logo needs work, give some advice, positive or critical, and move on, making photos with it and basically making fun of someone? sometimes this place just makes me scratch my head

Makes me think of an old time diner....but colors don't work. No contrast. Trying too hard. Kick it down a notch and change the colors.

If you changed the lettering color to white
fixed the kerning
eliminated the harsh black drop shadow
eliminated the "and more" and the city/phone number
eliminated a few starbursts
made the name bigger
toned down the colors
it might not look as dreadful.

Kentucky Wraps
Too self absorbed and text heavy for a logo. Phone #'s barely legible.
But I like that kind of retro look...just not for a Sign Shop logo.
