you can always plan to install it with the magnets, somehow, used for delivery drivers... in the event that the van HAS to travel somewhere, it can be removed/restuck.

if the customer will accept a flat sheet of say something 1/2" for the blue shape, with an overlay of the red in another flat sheet applied on each side and then a 'fin' mounted on the rear protruding at 90degrees (so that the back of the rocket would look like an X), obviously it would reduce the expense and fabrication astronomically and would be a simple sign to construct versus a true 3 dimensional 'rocket'. then the only challenge would be choosing a mounting option that meets clients needs, expectations.
