need help printing window perf

Im printing with a Roland VS640 and im printing on clear focus 24 vue window perf... my pinch rollers are making the perf vinyl come off the backing causing ink to smear as my printhead passes over the lifted areas...I am also using my edge clamps...

anyone have any suggestions to stop the vinyl coming off the backing?

I also tried turning the heat off

Try not putting you outer pinch rollers so close to the edge of the media. Can you raise your heads?

Thanks for the response! I'll have to definitely try moving them in a bit, I have them about a half inch from the edges... I can raise the head as well... I'll give all suggestions a go and appreciate your help!
