Need some Signcut X2 software help...

I am stuck until I get help and I havne't heard back from Signcut yet.

so if you are familiar with it, i would appreciate alittle help.

I changed the dimensions from mm to inches.

In open my file and adjust the size to 12"x12"

But it cuts it about 26" wide.

What am I doing wrong? this is very frusterating.

I've had Signcut do this to me too, here's what I did.

At the top of the window, there are four buttons... Image, Measuring Frame, Tiles, Cutter.

If I set the image size with the numbers below the Image button, it cuts all kinds of strange.

Click on the Measuring Tool on the left (third one down) and draw a measuring frame around whatever you are cutting. Go to the numbers below the Measuring Frame button up top, and change it there (click and drag to highlight, type in whatever size you want, and press enter). If you want to keep things in proportion, make sure there is a little green dot in the upper circle.
