A good, inexpensive, and easy to use laminator is the Kala Mistral. Used one of those for a while and absolutely loved it.

I didn't know they had come out with the Max 3 inks. I guess they had to develop something that could compete with non-solvent based ink.

I recommend a Roland. They self clean themselves every 6 hours and take care of themselves. But make sure you leave it on 24/7.

Max 3 inks have been out for over 2 years already. They were developed with some new EU environmental spec.

That being said, Epson GS3 ink sets are also GreenGuard Gold Certified.
