You will use ladders just as much now that you have a truck. It will allow you to do more install work, like channel letters and you will be working off a ladder inside to wire. We run trucks everyday and use ladders all the time. Looks like you have about 16' side reach. Nothing against your truck but you will find in the sign biz the trucks with extention tubes work much better as you will have much more side reach and not have a huge knuckle in the air when working. Those booms are more for line work. but I know plenty of people who make due with them. Good luck with it. get out there and pay it off!
