Hello folks
I started working in a printing company in April 2016 as a complete freshman of post production in the field and in July a cutter from Aristo came to my workplace. I was assigned to its operator without previous knowledge of CNC cutters or graphic editors. After fooling around for some time I can use it quite efficiently at some cases but of course some problems arise at times. Quite a machine for starting from scratch. I tried googling for advice but the manufacturer doesn't provide much info on how to use the machine. So I came across to this forum. I'm hoping to find people who can give tips or links on how to use Aristomat LFC 3332 (or FlexiSign 12 accompanied with it) and eventually would like to redirect these skills to new operators.
This year will continue with education of printing with certain models of Mimaki, Roland, Canon and Durst thus expanding my experience of sign making.
I guess it takes a while to learn English terms used in the field as my knowledge in Finnish is also quite limited.
PS. My profile says I'm a product manager but I wasn't able to find a better translation for my job title (Finnish language can be difficult to translate). Just hoping that'll be my title in the future.
