they goona suffer for that..
I know for a fact that several versions of the "who dat" saying has been around since the 1800's. They goona lose this one if a good challenge comes along.

The problem is the NFL has more money that others.....Remember they never need to "win" they just need to "outspend" the other side.....

NFL backed down, They realized they had a tiger by the tail... They also said they would focus on those who try to infringe on that which looked like Saints team images. So the overall look if being endorsed bye the NFL or the Saints is what they will go after.

Also they Saints and the NFL does not own the fluer de lis either they tried to hijack.

Go Bills!
i don't think they 'backed down', rather the initial news report didn't report it well.

it's not like the press to fluff up a story to make it appeal to the masses.....

WHO DAT?........... by itself, can be printed/copied all day long...............BUT NOW YOU ADD THE SAINTS LOGO............to it............thats a NO-NO.
ran into a similar thing years ago in sarasota. JAGUAR shop, NOT A JAGUAR DEALERSHIP, had sign done with the "jaguar" as it is in the LOGO. the logo has a "drop down" J, it goes below the rest of the letters............i had to change the "J ".........so it was on the baseline of all other letters....
