No ink is getting to the new printhead on my BN20

Just one x thing to ask whats the way to pump the ink in once ive cleaned the needles?

CRY OUT LOUD!
MMMMM so i have cleaned all the needles!
I used a syringe and pulled all the liquids up to the head! White one ain't so good but all the other colours go to the head top! and some bubbles in the lines but all the ink was flowing minus the white to the head
But I've tried a few powerful cleans etc and yet no ink is coming to the head to be honest im surprised after all the work ive done!
I've got the Ink to the heads with some air bubbles in the lines but it doesn't seem to get to the top of the head or into the head
Still blank prints
i will not give up but what now guys?

Its been a experience and happy i did everything
The white isnt coming out yet, Yellow needs looking at
But so far very happy
White is like Paint so thick sure i will work it out soon, Yellow still to test more
Used up 40% of my ink
But super happy i got it working so a BIG Thank you to everyone!
At least i can clean up now and get the system put back together!
So guys i read today on a forum Reddit a person mentioned the head cap isnt right etc it wont pump so as soon as i changed the heap cap to a new one i seen the Cyan coming through the lines straight away
Who would have thought it? The head cap! was needing replaced luckily i had a new one
Just hope i can get the print head check 100% ok soon!
But very happy got this far

Awesome news , I think the cap top was only part of the problem as the ink wasn't coming through to the head before, but looks like you are most of the way there now.
The Roland white ink is a total pain ! It seems to clog as soon as you look at it if it isn't getting much use. If you aren't planning on printing in white then I would swap it over for a cleaning cartridge instead, a lot of people do this to stop it causing problems.
The yellow not printing may be down to a head cable if the ink is getting to the head ok, or it could be air in the line. One way to test this is to pinch off the other lines, and run a cleaning with only the yellow ink line open, then see if you get yellow ink coming out of the pump to the waste. This will let you know the damper is ok and the head is passing yellow ink through it. Often this will clear any problems.
If ink comes through but the printer doesn't print yellow, the next step would be to replace the yellow head cable and see if the printer then prints. Try all this first and see if you can get the yellow printing and report back as if not then there are further steps to check to see why its not printing.

One thing I forgot to mention ! Roland printers hate being stood not being used. It is best to use them every day to keep the ink flowing. If you don't have any print jobs to do that day , make up some artwork of 1 inch square blocks of C, M, Y and K running across the width of the page, and print this out. It doesn't use up much ink, and will keep the heads and pump and dampers cleaned out. I print out once in low quality and once in high quality on ours as this runs all the nozzles on the head rather than just the large ones low quality uses.
If you don't do it every day, at least every couple of days should keep it running well.

I do have a big smile on my face right now been at this all week but have 2 x BN20 and knew i had to put in the man hours to get them both fixed im almost ertain t get the other one working as ive had so much pratice and knowledge now plus the one ive just fixed was the worst one!
to help others = The Yellow? Well i knew a small leak was seen at the end of the catrdige! So guess what guys! It was a Busted Worn O-Ring
That o-ring is busted? You will get air into the line hence why yellow line was hard to clear of the air, i had a few spare so changed it and now the Yellow is 100%
Big Massive SHOUT out to you Damon !
