Novajet 700 media?

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me? i have just acquired a Novajet 700 and all was working but now the media won't move, i've just bought a new stepper motor thinking it could be that but to no avail, any ideas anyone? I've tried updating the firmware but it doesn't seen to update, i'm running it on a pc running XP.
Anyone know if there is a factory reset on these printers?

Sadly, all I can offer is that you probably would've been better off setting a pile of money on fire. For the one time you can get a decent print out of an Encad, you're going to have 20 times that in trouble. At least that's my experience with them.

What kind of material are you trying to use?
