Need Help Oce ink bags being rejected.

I'm having issues with what seems like RFID board. I keep getting "not available" for bag status, which happens with C, M, and K channels. Status will change to "not present" when I remove the inks, as normal. Canon already sent me replacement ink but that had no effect.

Anyone else have such an issue? I'd recently switched inks from Marabu, which used chips, to 257 and reader never had a problem with board detecting ink.
Hi Chinaski, did you solve this problem? I'm having the same issue with "not available" bag status.

At the time, our technician just changed the RFID board and that fixed it. Coincidentally enough, I'm having the same issue 5 years later. I changed the ink bay PCB, reset cables, and changed out all ethernet cables to no avail. I haven't swapped RFID boards yet because the problem happens periodically with both White and Cyan, which is both RFID boards, leading me to believe that isn't the source, unless they both just so happened to fail at the same time. Thinking it's another linked component like data relay.

There is a bulletin about this and a modification. Talk to your technician about it.
