Onyx Thrive 11.1.2 - Recalibrating A Profile / Just Crashes After Swatch Scans

Trying to balance our color better on profiles. Loading Media Manger, Recalibrate...

Pick Printer / Pick Inks / Pick Media Settings...
Print Sample Swatches for scanning...
Scan all the swatches and linearization tables appear with info. Once I press build.... CRASH!

Any clue why this is happening?

strange issue.

does this happen with your other printers or media you try read?
if so, i'd back up onyx, save all your profiles and keep notes of your settings. (just in case anything does go wrong) and repair onyx, By clicking on the software installer. should have a repair option.
