I showed up late, so here's a contribution for consideration in Plotter-Art seamless Tiles vol 3:

Some leaves should be upside down, some curled, some cracked or crushed...

and sort of unevenly distributed would be nice, but I realize even that would be challenged by tiling which would, of course, evenly distribute the uneven distribution.
