Ordered Caldera Today

We currently are running a mutoh falcon and graphtec plotter. Will be buying a HP 26500 and another plotter. We are using flexi pro but was thinking of switching to caldera but just trying to figure which calderas are need to do what flexi is doing now for us.
Any suggestions?
