O's not closing

We have a roland cammi 1 cx-24. The problem we are having some letters such as the O & Q & other parts of the design that are not straight lines are not connecting for a clean cut. Any help you can give us will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Charlotte

If it is just happening and worked ok before it could be the blade or the cutting strip. Not sure about your plotter.

When that happened to me on my CE5000 Graphtec we had to grease the cutting head where the shaft slides up & down (there's a spring in there too)

the gap was because friction was keeping the blade from going down fast enough.
