We received a sample from a customer who we regularly do Gerber LexEdge decals for. We usually print them with our Edge1/2 here, but the Edge has a limitation of 11.79" wide for printing... and this sample decal is printed on what looks like an Edge (solid colors reverse printed in layers) but is 12.25" wide.
It was then laminated with 3M 468 like usual and plotter-cut to precise locations so it has to be cut with a sprocket-fed plotter like an HS15...
Is there any other process to print this type of decal?
I cannot think of any similar machine besides the Gerber Maxx, but I thought those were all dead. (we sold ours YEARS ago)
