Our Van Wrap

You need to get into a bank robbery with that van, so when the TV chopper is following it down the interstate you will get a good view of the roof branding.

Sweet, I like the two different layouts to work with the two sides.
I've noticed Dan uses a lot of slanted layouts, thye look dynamic, but also eliminate a lot
of the hassles of body lines on vans.

Loud / Bright / Communicative ... This looks soooooo much better that the original concept, you kept all of the good stuff and lost the unwanted dated parts of the graphics. It's amazing when little tweaks can take something from 0 to Hero. I feel like I get designs close and then can never see myself what needs to change. It is so smart to get other sets of eyes on your work, you can take what you want and leave the rest behind. Bravo you two.

This is true. We've also made adjustments at times, to keep the slants mirrored, and then we've adjusted the actual branding to marry it.

This is one example. I dont have a pic of the other side, but same angle, and the logo then was skewed to follow the lines. http://www.graphicd-signs.com/portfolio-vehicle-advertising#6

And this is another one where we we simple just changed the angle of the brand for symetry: http://www.graphicd-signs.com/portfolio-vehicle-advertising#28 & side 2 http://www.graphicd-signs.com/portfolio-vehicle-advertising#29

Nice work, now you are going to have to run all of your new wrap clients through Dan for the design work.
Well that is the plan. I have a designer now, even though not at the caliber that Dan has, can really do nice work.
We do so much other type of signage, we are only going to take on vehicle wraps from now on where branding is critical. In other words, if I won't want to show it to other customers I won't take the job on.
This also means, some of the vehicle work we have done, on our website will come done. All part of a new strategy for us.

With that said, we have NO problem giving work to Dan, if the right client comes along. As Dan can attest, I think, you go through 5 or 6 clueless clients to get to one who understands the value of professional branding.

Instead of " 5 or 6 clueless clients" it should read..."there's a customer born every minute". It sounds a lot nicer.
