Pull the cartridge out, pull on the tab, cut it off and put it back in the machine and then turn it off. It will be fooled into thinking there is a good cartridge in there and everything will seem copacetic til you replace it.

I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago and while I was gone we had a power surge that turned my printer off for a couple of days.

When I returned I ran a test print and a few of the nozzles were clogged/not firing.

Personally, I hate running out of ink so I buy replacements once I am on the last quarter. Then when it goes I have another on hand.

If I was in Omaha I would call Midwest and pick up some more ink before 5:00.

Your mileage may vary.

I ALWAYS have an extra of each on had. First time I ever got caught without. Of course I have extra of the other three sitting here. I am over an hour from Midwest and am too busy to get out. I will have it around 9:00 tomorrow morning.
