Plastic Pan Faces?

Looking for a supplier for plain pan faces.

I have an interior sign for a client that wants to switch out the Dish Network pan face and put in non vacuum formed panels. He doesnt really care if they are formed to stick out from the frame or just flat across. He wants to be able to switch them out every couple of months.

I was going to use plexi but figured I would see if I can find the same material that was in there. The channel is narrower than I thought it would be when I opened it up. 3/16 plexi was to tight.

just an fyi: if its lit, and you replace with non-pan formed, you will see hot-spots

Good point. Didn think about that.

a trick I learned in signcraft (i think?) is to put a strip of masking tape on the bulbs to lessen hot spots

Those cabiets are deep enough to use flat, I have done some just like them and the look fine. The ones I did had LED so the lit well.

Re-faced those exact signs with flat faces no problem.....
